What Eirven is
Eirven is an informational workshop companion for the Porsche Panamera 970 (2010–2016). It provides maintenance schedules, repair guidance, diagnostic tooling, performance measurement and parts reference information. It is a reference aid — not a substitute for factory documentation, professional training, or professional judgment.
Account and subscription
- Using Eirven requires signing in with a Google account and holding an active subscription, purchased through Google Play. Google's own terms and refund policies apply to the purchase.
- Your subscription is personal. Sharing your account, and any attempt to circumvent sign-in, licence verification or subscription checks — including through modified copies of the app — is prohibited and results in termination of access without refund.
- You can cancel at any time through Google Play; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for any work you perform on a vehicle and for verifying that any procedure, specification or part is appropriate for your specific vehicle before relying on it.
- You are responsible for complying with all local laws, including road-safety and emissions regulations. Clearing fault codes does not repair a fault and may affect emissions-readiness status.
- Performance measurement features must only be used where safe and legal — on closed roads or private facilities. Never operate the app while driving; a passenger should handle the phone.
Accuracy
Eirven follows a strict editorial rule: information is shown only when verified against credible sources for the exact model variant, and omitted otherwise. Despite this, errors are possible, vehicles are modified over their lives, and no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose is given. Information is provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Eirven shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or the information in it — including damage to vehicles, property, or persons, or costs of repair. Where applicable law does not permit such an exclusion, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Trademarks
Eirven is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. "Porsche", "Panamera", "PDK", "PCCB" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify vehicle compatibility. All illustrations in Eirven are original works created for Eirven.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
